Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

What Happens After Cancellation

You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After the period ends, your account will revert to the free tier, retaining your practice history and progress data.
Your account data is preserved for 90 days after subscription cancellation, after which inactive accounts may be archived.

Cancelling Your Account

To permanently delete your account, contact us through the Contact page. Account deletion is irreversible and will permanently remove all your practice history, scores, and progress data.

Re-subscribing

You may re-subscribe at any time to regain access to premium features. Previous practice data will be restored if your account was not deleted.
