Free Trial

All new accounts include a free trial period, allowing you to evaluate our platform before making any payment. We encourage you to use the trial period to assess whether our services meet your needs.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A technical error on our part prevented you from accessing paid features during your subscription period.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you have not used significant platform features.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscriptions where the student has completed multiple practice sessions or accessed AI scoring.
  • Partial-month refunds after the billing date.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
